Does anyone know where I could obtain or watch a copy of Philippe Gentry's puppetry documentary "Rites et Jeux" that he made for UNESCO in the sixties? I've found a couple of clips online but nothing more.

I think that UNESCO has an online A/V library that streams their films, although I just Googled it and it appears to be offline temporarily. You could try contacting their Media Services department - http://www.unesco.org/new/en/media-services/multimedia/film-and-radio-collection/film-collection/

When I was doing some research in London, the BFI had this in their library I believe. I wouldn't be surprised if the Library of Congress has it in their collection as well. The PofA's A/V library doesn't have a copy, which makes me suspect that it was probably never widely released on DVD or VHS in North America.
