Muppet Show Music Consultant Ray Charles has died. Here's the only report I've found about his death.

I was really saddened to read that Ray had passed away. He was a very talented man and was kind enough to reply to a letter a sent him a while ago. Below is what he had to say about his time on the Muppet Show if you are interested. RIP Ray Charles

I'm pretty sure he also did some songs for Shari Lewis, I know I've seen his name pop up on THE CHARLIE HORSE MUSIC PIZZA on occasion.

I used to always think the bigger Ray Charles did the song, even though it never made sense to me
