He was 71, and he was cool. The last thing I saw him on was the first episode of Mind of Mencia where he was reading a hate letter that Carlos got. He was fricken HILARIOUS. RIP Peter Boyle

I don't suppose "Froderick Fronkensteen" can bring him back to life AGAIN? Sorry, that was a bad time for a joke.

RIP Peter, my mom watched Raymond religiously!

The last thing I saw him in was The Santa Claus 3 as Father Time. Raymond was how I got to really know him though and he was a wonderful character actor. He will be so missed.

OMG! He died!!! :frown: He was soo funny! I saw him on "Raymond" and when he played Old Man Wickles in "Scooby-Doo 2" and when he was Father Time in "Santa Clause 3." What did he die of?

This really came as a surprised to me, because he was on a TV Land program last night for 100 of the greatest television quotes, and he was somewhere in the 80's for his "Holy Crap!" line from Everybody Loves Raymond.

Next to Robert Altman, his death was very unexpected and saddening, and he will dearly be missed.:frown:

It's neat that he was in all three of the Santa Clause films, but in different roles.
