RIP Paddington Bear creator Michael Bond

The author of the beloved children's book character Paddington Bear, died at the age of 91. He began his career in the 1940s and his first Paddington story was published in 1958. His final work Paddington's Finest Hour was published as recently as April of this year. Over the course of his career he published over 200 children's books. Selling over 35 million Paddington books

Yes; he had a cameo in the 2014 film as the kindly gentleman in the cafe who raises a glass to Paddington as he passes by in a taxi...
But will he be posthumously featured in the sequel?

Whenever I used to stay at my Grandma's house, I would stay in the guest room which had Paddington Bear wall paper. They sold the house years back, I'll never see it again. ::sniff:: I've actually had dreams about staying over again. :cry:
