As discussed in our Sesame Street Old School Volume 3 DVD review, some of you may experience difficulty playing the second DVD in the box set.

In order to determine the extent of this glitch, if you experience the problem of not being able to navigate past the main menu on disc 2, please post here and let us know the exact make and model of the DVD and Blu-ray player you are using and we will update this first post so that we have a list of players that are affected by this issue. Sesame Workshop and Warner Brothers are also following this situation closely to see how many folks are affected by this issue.

Confirmed Blu-ray and DVD players that will not play Old School Disc 2

*Panasonic Blu-ray DMP-BD655
*Panasonic Blu-ray DMP-BDT110
Samsung DVDVR375 Recorder

*It is likely that all Panasonic Blu-ray players will experience this glitch.

Sesame Workshop has informed us that Warner Brothers home video have set-up a 1-800 number to address anyone experiencing problems with Sesame Street Old School disc 2 and will send a replacement disc to the consumer.

So if your disc 2 of Old School Volume 3 doesn't play properly in your player, please call 1-800-553-6937 to be issued a replacement. Our understanding is that this issue effects many Panasonic Blu-ray players and the Samsung DVDVR375 Recorder.

Could this be the reason why none of the stores in my area have the DVD set in stock?
