Favorite Richard memories, in addition to what's already been mentioned:
1) Anything involving Beaker.
2) The fact that he would perform the characters--ANYBODY'S characters--for children and other visitors to the studio during filming breaks, as chronicled in "Of Muppets and Men."
3) The comforting feeling that, whenever a cow would show up on Sesame or TMS, I knew whose voice was going to come out.
4) Don Music banging his head on the piano. (OK, it's been mentioned, but I love it too much!)
5) The way he imbued Sully with such personality when Sully didn't speak a word.
6) His sole on-camera performance in "Puppetman." It was funny, though he was clearly more comfortable when the puppet was doing the talking.
We miss you, Richard.
