Update on this cerificate stuff,

i certainly understand the desire for such a thing , i found this website , hope its helpfull to people,

it does state that a person who is considered a expert could wright one up, but i think it would be a little self serving to do(write one up) so myself,

this is not a product , it is a work of art (no matter how minimal the changes may be), but the value put upon it by people will depend on the desire of others to have a such a thing , it is an interesting process whatching how hi people will bid, i can see why people get addicted to selling stuff on here, regardless of the final price it is fun to see,
