Will I ever learn to drive?

I am so flipping hopless...it's like, one week everything just about goes fine, the next week everything is out the darn window...grr....grrr!

What happened? Did a driving test go bad? Don't worry, things will work out for you sooner or later. In the meantime, I'm sure someone will pick up the mess you left at that brick wall.

Grrrr...no, not a test, a lesson. But one of many that just go flop.Sometimes they just go...flop...and I simply cannot Get it...

I know how you feel - I started driving lessons last September and had some terrible weeks - I felt so miserable because of it sometimes. I put them on hold a couple of moths ago because of having a ingrowing toenail off and then hitting exams but I really must get back into it - starting with doing my theory after having put it off for about a year...

I've never known what age you were but I've always had mine on display and probably have refered to the fact I've just left school in quite few posts. It's interesting that you thought I was older though - maybe I just come over as wise beyond my years; or maybe not. So have you done your theory or do you just have to practical left to do?

I havn't done my theory yet, either. And yes, it was because you sound older and wiser than me!

Hang in there Beau, it gets easier the more you do it! A friend of mine is just going to get her license today and she's 22! She's been practicing for a really long time, but because of tons of siblings at home, she had no place to park a car until now! Anyway, lots of luck to you and remember it does get better!

erg, that learning to drive thing is such a pain! Especially because I'm weird, so I actually drive better when I have the radio on, which apparently is the opposite of the rest of the world. Hm, why am I not surprised?

Anyway, just keep trying and try to have a little patience. And if you don't feel comfortable driving, it's perfectly fine to just not drive. And when you are driving, do yourself a favor. Don't forget to breathe! In AND out! Please. Because I tend to forget about that when I drive. It's really not very safe at all.
