TXL is a computer security system on an Canadian and Amarican children's show Called "Today's Special". It talked to the shows security guard named Sam in a female voice and it could dispense donuts.

Mmm, love Jelly Bellies. I love the buttered popcorn and margarita myself. Of those Harry Potter ones, the dirt flavor was actually pretty good, as was the pepper.
