Fozzie hanging up his stocking's, which was never really released on any video or DVD either in the UK and the US

Actually when I was re-reading the list of scenes that were missing from the US DVD over at IMDb I got to the one about the stocking and then couldn't remember if that was in the UK DVD or not!!!

I'm no expert on Muppet history so I was wondering what the history of that scene is? Was it in the original broadcast and then subsequently cut from future versions or was it something that was filmed and then cut before it aired? Also where should it take place in the story?
