Ohmygawdshoes, as the song wonderfully goes. I don't get the whole Imelda Marcos obsession either. Does it fit? Yes. Is it comfy? Yes. Will it withstand daily wear? Yes. Tah dah. It's the shoe for me. I currently own...um...do slippers count? 'Cos I love slippers. In the non-slipper category, I have tennies, boots, and flipflops...one pair each.
