Don't hold this against me, but I didn't gain weight until my forties. I was blessed with such a high metabolism I never gained.
Paying for it now, though. Sometime in my forties I started getting a pot belly and I can't even blame it on beer.
My heaviest was 240, and that scared me to death. I'm to 190, but I stil can lose some more.
It was freaky when pants you wore for 25 years didn't fit anymore. Middle age spread, they call it.
So when the decades start piling up, you might go through the same thing.
Bummer! I hope to God I never reach the 200's range. I'm 140 and I dislike it. Been trying to reach the 120's range.

My mattress always has a big dip in it, and I go through desk chairs about every couple of years. :frown:

What I wouldn't give to be 140 again. 160 wasn't bad, 180 made me nervous, 200 and over freaked me out. I was NEVER this heavy! My size 32 jeans I had since high school had to go bye bye, I had to constantly up grade my pants. Right now I can fit a 36(I was a 40 at one point) 190 pounds. If I could lose just ten pounds I'd be happy.
