Click your username, got to Watched Threads, and click on Show all watched threads, and start checking away. Then choose With Selected… then Stop Watching Threads

You can stop emails from coming by going to your preferences and unchecking the box. As for unsubscribing to all the threads, you need to go to each individual thread and click the unwatch link towards the upper right above the first post
