Question about Zoe's tutu?

Hey I'm just wondering who was the designer who built Zoe's tutu in 2002?

Two to one, it was Ed Christie, as he's pretty much the chief Muppet builder/design these days... like a modern day Don Sahlin.

I'm not exactly sure though, that's just my guess.

I know the Muppets have wardrobe people, it could've very well been a wardrobe person.

Since the first time Zoe wore a tutu was originally going to be a one-time thing and wasn't initially planned to become as permanant as it was, it could have been from a costumer or a Muppet designer.
