When I pictured the song, the picture to go with the verse, "You better watch out" showed a child about to do something dangerous(enter a construction area), and the picture, "You better not cry" showed the child crying because he was hurt from being in a dangerous area(he fell in the hole or an iron bar fell on his head). Does the line, "You better watch out, you better not cry" mean to play it safe and if you don't, don't cry if you get hurt? If not, what does the line mean?
