Somebody who owns a bar in a restaurant where they have a TV with cable TV says he would not show entertainment DVDs, because it is against the law(they are licensed for private home exhibition only). However, I know of a dentist's waiting room that showed entertainment videos for little kids(not related to the dentist), as well as a vacation resort that showed entertainment videos in the snack bar. Were the instances of showing entertainment videos in a waiting room or snack bar illegal?
