Question about Kermit's head

Is the inside of Kermit's head made of foam, or does it have nothing inside it but a mouthboard?

His head has nothing inside apart from the performers hand.. And the mouthplate. Its your hand that gives him his shape and expressions

Do you mean how do you fix them on his head? It depends what your using for the eyes? I recomend 35mm half dome puppet eyes, and black electrical tape for pupils
