Hi.I have a few questions about this Fuji Xerox color printer commercial from Japan that has SS characters in it:

2.Is it Eric Jacobson and David Rudman doing Bert and Cookie Monster in this commercial?
and finally..
3.Why is Oscar way out of character in this ad?????

My roomate (from Japan) might know at least when it was aired, but I never can find her...
