Someone posted episode 3857 on YouTube and it starts with Moose A Moose and Zee from Noggin talking about Sesame Street, and it shows a picture of Ernie, Bert and Elmo. Can anyone tell where and when this picture is from? I've never seen it before.

The pictures probably from a promotion Sesame Workshop was doing, from either the late eighties or early 90's.

There's a picture on Muppet Wiki that I can't seem to find on the wiki that shows Dr. Nobel Price and Oscar The Grouch. Does anyone know the episode or season that it appeared in?
