question about a Jim Henson puppet

does anyone know the name of the puppet that had a bunch of army guys on a large base and they are controlled by various rods and bars at the bottom of the base. I can't find it on muppetwiki. Does anyone know the name of this puppet and how it was made?

Are you talking about the one from "Muppets on Puppets"? I think that one was on loan from the Smithsonian or something.
