Beauregaurds more thin now... He kinda lost weight...
Lips has gotten a more flatter face in MCC
Floyd turned into this pinker thing...
Zoot gained a lower lip somehow...
George the Janitor became more grayish than Humanish Pink.
Muppy started out with black dots for eyes, then realistic dog eyes, then Muppet eyes.
BDM had more ball like eyes, teeth, and shaggy fur, then became slimmer for SS, then became large and whooly in TMS.
Droop became more aggressive in MCC. "WHAT ABOUT MY NOSE!" Slam window shut on said nose.

The count even changed.... He was a lighter shade of lavander, then became a full time muppet...
Cookie monster got bigger eyes, face, and a darker blue.

Also, adding to Rowlf, in his Sex and Violence appearance, he's BALD!

Snuffy looked pretty creepy in his first few appearances. 0_o
He had these big, yellow eyes and he even shot water out of his snuffle! There's a whole page on the topic of changing muppets on Muppet Wiki.

Oh yeah, I also like the look of Gonzo from the first season of TMS, when he had a more "melancholy" appearance.
I wish they'd kept more of the purple from first season Gonzo in later Gonzos

One change I didn't like was Grover recent fur color change from dark blue to bright blue :grouchy:

Dr. Bunsen Honeydew during The Muppet Show and the first three Muppet movies was big/fat. When The Muppet Christmas Carol came out, he bacame really skinny. He now looks like film critic Roger Ebert.
