Very cool! How is Molly operated? Is she rodded? Or is she operatied comepletely Bunraku style?

Her arms and legs are operated by rods, but her head is operated like a hand and rod puppet. She's meant to be performed Bunraku-style by multiple puppeteers.

About two and a half feet tall standing up if I remember correctly.
