Puppetry Class in New York City

For those of you in the New York area who are interested in attending a "beginning" level class on puppetry, or know of anybody who might be interested, please pass along the following information. This is a 5-week class I am teaching at the 14th Street Y in Manhattan (14th Street and 1st Avenue). The class begins next Monday, which may be too late of notice for some. This class is an introduction to puppetry as an art. Create your own rod-puppet, marionette and/or hand puppet while exploring different materials and developing a short performance with group critique. Learn a unique set of skills specific to puppetry.
