Puppeting at fairs and festivals?

TELL ME EVERYTHING YOU KNOW! lololol :halo:

we are wanting to branch out and become part of our states fairs and festivals... we've contacted the appropriate folks and theyve helped us to understand what is required..paperwork...what organization to join...etc...

i was just curious if any of you guys have an experience in this field... and if you have any advice or suggestions...

we have access to an RV and were thinking about possibly decking it out with logos and whatnot...and using it as our home base throughout any given fair/festival.... we'd have quick and easy access to food and a/c for downtime...and have a comfortable place to relax...
