Puppeteer switching in "Red's Club" confusion

In her interview on MC, Karen said that Steve Whitmire performed Red in the episode "Red's Club" while she was out with I believe an injured hand. But does anyone else notice how the only character whose voice is out of synch with his lip movements is Boober? Was Dave performing Wembley while Steve was performing Red? That wouldn't make much sense, especially since Boober had a lot more dialogue in this episode. Anyone know anything about this?

From the look of it, Richard was playing Boober, and Dave's lines were done later.
