I posted here years and years ago about the cool little puppet hand mechanism that I built, but I never gave much information for people who wanted to try it themselves.

I remember this. I like how you made all the fingers close using just one line. You could probly even use little hoses/rubber tubing by just cutting out little notches for the bend on the inside of the fingers.
Probably wouldn't recommend using masking tape alone though. It starts to break down pretty quickly over time, leaving a soft adhesive mess.

Great stuff though.

Fair point, though I gotta say, I built this puppet four years ago and the hand is still in top shape.
