Puppet Building

I am curently trying to build a puppet similar to the lavendar anything muppet. I am ok with buildng the mouth and basic form structure from the wedge pattern but beyond that I am stumped any suggestions.http://forum.muppetcentral.com/images/smilies/confused.gif

Sorry Sarah, do you mean that you don't know how to pattern the lower part of the jaw?
