Proposal for weathervane based on "The Sponge Who Could Fly"

How come I haven't seen anybody make a weathervane portraying SpongeBob on his inflatable pants, as seen in the episode, "The Sponge Who Could Fly"? Does anybody think somebody should make one?

I'm talking about a weather vane, an instrument used to portray which way the wind is blowing. Some have interesting designs, and I think SpongeBob on his inflatable pants would be a good one.

Dragon Tales is ever worse. But I think Sponge Bob is overrated. But why not.
