I agree. there really isn't any way a character could see a park visitor well enough to intentionally fondle them. At any rate, even if it were possible, and a few undesirables unfortunately got by the job interviewers, that doesn't mean Disney itself is corrupt. Though I will say that of all the lawsuits that have come to light claiming Disney character have mistreated guests, no money has been awarded to the alleged "victims". Eisner is certainly a jerk, but he has surprisingly little involvement in who's hired to work at the parks (which is probably a good thing). The persons in charge of hiring, and training cast members make it clear that they must be respectful of park guests at all times, and try to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Any cast member who tried to circumvent this rule probably wouldn't last long.
