Pricing Question: Junior & Igel

I have a Beaker and Bunsen Junior Plush still in the boxes, do these have any value?

I also have the Igel Swedish Chef still in the box.

These have been in storage and the boxes are a little dusty but other than that they're in great shape.

I am trying to figure out if its worth parting with them.
