Pricing Needed for 1970's Autographed Muppet Show Book

I have a 1979 Muppet Show diary.
I was given this by my Aunt who worked on the show back in the 70's when filming was at Elstree Studios.
It has been autographed by the muppets so to speak as i guess by the puppeteers or even by JH himself who know)
Is in excellent condition,no tears pages missing, all surprising seeing at it's over 32 years old.only one draw back is writing on one page , I was 7 when i got this and wrote on my own birthday. How this would affect value I do not know
I was wondering what sort of valution would be put on this as I presume there are not too many items still around from that era in this condition and autographed
I also have a Post Card with autographs on too
Would like to hear from fans/Site to have feedback please.
