Typically album covers aren't changed from re-release to re-release.

Yes, that is a bit odd.

Edit: I've just done some googling, and it turns out that they are a record label, which has released (along with lots of other stuff) at least one other Disney soundtrack (Teen Beach Movie) and soundtracks for other studios.
