Still in the case... does this mean he's in every case? Or just the cases of those who have agreed to carry the exclusive (he wouldn't be an exclusive otherwise, would he?) I'm confused.

Floyd repaint will still be a one per case chase figure...everybody retailer who gets a case will get him. It is a very large number of Floyds, so there will be a lot to be had.
