I have recently thought of an idea for a great four-disc 40th anniversary DVD set. I've actually thought of it a few days ago, and thought about waiting until next april fools day to post a gag thread, but decided that I can't wait until then (and we'll probably already know what's planned for the 40th anniversary by then anyway).
But how about a four-disc set with each disc focusing on a different decade? It could be caled "Four Decades of Sesame Street", and each disc could be filled with inserts from each decade, and a handful of special features. Disc 1 would be 1969-1979, disc 2 would be 1979-1989, disc 3 would be 1989-1999, and disc four would be 1999-2009.
Well, I don't have much time to talk about what I've thought up for this set now, so I'll post more of my ideas later. But what do you all think?
