Which episodes of "The Muppet Show" did Mildred Hockstedder appear in after Season 1? The ones that I know of are as follows:

#28 Rich Little: she's one of the reporters at Rich's interview; she also appears in the goodnights
#32 Steve Martin: she appears in the audience at the beginning of the show
#40 Cleo Laine: she sings and plays a ukulele in the opening number "Everybody Limbo"
#53 Pearl Bailey: she dances with a pig professor in "At the Dance"
#55 Loretta Lynn: she appears in the special opening credits
#64 Danny Kaye: she appears briefly in the UK Spot "Jogging"

Was her voice heard in the Cleo lane episode? If so, then who performed her?

Outside of the muppet show, Mildred appeared in The Muppets take manhattan (during the wedding. I think she was in the row that the babies and atrics were sitting in), the Muppets Tonight opening, and at the beginning of the Billy Crystal episode of Muppets Tonight. I think she also appeared in an episode of The Jim Henson Hour (I'm not sure which one) and The Muppets: A celebration of Thirty years, but I'm not possitive on that.

She was also in the opening for the muppet show in the last four seasons.

Mildred didn't actually speak in this episode. She just sang along.
