Uh, is that something I have to go into Yahoo and do, or can someone just viewing the site do it?

When you inserted the picture in the page, it was scaled down by assigning dimensions to it. To view the picture in it's normal size, click on the picture while at the page and drag it into the address bar. It should pull open JUST the picture in full size. Alternately, you can save the picture and it will be at normal size.
