hello everyone I think I may have figured out a fairly inexpensive way of building a flocking machine at home.... I think

from the flocking machines i've seen pictures and discriptions of i figured that they were powered by the amazing powers of static electricity(some one correct me if i'm wrong)

SOOOOO it should just be a matter of of giving the foam a negative charge thus making it a lint magnet


so using a Negative Ion Generator like so

could probably be the base of a home made flocking unit

if anyone has tried something like this i'd like to know if it worked
