Pixar Chief talking to studios that rival Disney

Pixar Animation Studios chief, Steve Jobs, has begun preliminary talks with executives from Hollywood studios interested in a partnership should Pixar's distribution relationship with Walt Disney Co. break up.

Warner Bros. President Alan Horn recently visited Pixar, the Los Angeles Times reported yesterday. Executives from 20th Century Fox are schedualed for a meeting this week.

Disney Studio Chairman Richard Cook said he was hopeful that Disney and Pixar wou8ld remain partners. (Reuters)


(I know this is old news, but it seems that they will finalize a decidion soon.)
