Isn't practically every other month out of the year "Pink Ribbon Month" anymore?

This issue is really close to my heart. I lost my aunt 7 years ago to breast cancer. Probably one of the toughest losses in my family I've ever had to deal with because I was with her until she took her last breath. It's something I wish I could forget but know I won't. So I'm a strong supporter of Pink Ribbon Month.

Pretty much. I support breast cancer research, but a lot of people don't know that last month was Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. And still I saw someone promoting "Breast Cancer Week" in the middle of September...

I'm so sorry for your loss Pinky. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer about 5 years ago, and I am blessed that she made a full recovery.

Thank you and I'm glad your mom is a cancer survivor. I always tell people make sure to tell the ones you love, you love them everyday because you never know what tomorrow will bring.

EDIT- Let me just say I hope one day there will be a cure for ALL cancers not just breast cancer.
