Why is Whoopie as God sick? And just to be clear, she is never reffered to as God. She is "the boss".

Obviously the implication was that she is God, but she was not reffered to as such. But I don't get why Beau thinks it is "sick" for her to play "the boss" a.k.a God. Sick implies there was something wrong about it. As if a black woman shouldn't be an interpretation of God. Is this what you meant Beau?

I don't understand the sick statement either. Is it because she's black, because she's a woman or because she's a comedian? I actually find the notion of God having to be a humorless white man offensive. God (if you believe in God) is sexless, colorless and likely has a sense of humor. (Just look at the platypus)

Nothing in the film was offensive. It actually portrayed God as having a plan for everyone and watching it unfold. Nothing wrong with that.

I buy the wal mart cheapo kind...so I doubt it has minerals.....but it also has no sugar...so it's not bad on your teeth.

of course, dad is convinced the nutrasweet will give me a third arm

but the strawberry is sooo goood!

and one time...I had this expensive flavored water that tasted just like Starbursts.....it was goooooood I had cherry! but compared to 1.50 for 20 oz or .50 for a liter, mom makes me get the cheap stuff hehe

there's that oz guy again (sorry had to say it...I typed oz, and that was the first thing that came to my mind!)

Oh. I don't drink that stuff. I stopped drinking Nutra Sweet 4 years ago. I feel much better. That stuff has arsenic in it! True weirdness!

Vitamin Water is quite a bit better for ya but it's an either love it or hate it product. I think it tastes great, but others think it tases watered down. If you ever see one in the store - try it out. Balance and Revive are the best.
