This question is mainly for those of you who watched Sesame Street regulary in the 70's and 80's. Has anyone ever seen Don Music without his Piano?

I remember the episode Don Music 2004 is talking about. Also I believe that parents were calling in because their children were banging their heads on things similiar to Don Music.GeeBee said:You must mean "Mr. HANDFORD and Gina".
I don't remember this skit, but I do remember a similar one in the late eighties (Sadly, you can tell what era it's from because Northern Calloway does not look healthy)
Don Music has his piano in Hooper's store. David tells him that this is not what he had in mind when he talked about getting some music in the store. Don then proceeds to sing songs about how David "chops, chops, chops, until the chopping's done" and " cooks, cooks, cooks" and similar adjectives. The skit ends with an exasperated David saying, "All I had in mind was a little transistor radio." I don't know if this skit was originally part of a larger storyline, but whenever I saw it, the skit just appeared randomly during any show during the late 80's.
Actually, I think David had in mind a little tape player, not a radio.GeeBee said:You must mean "Mr. HANDFORD and Gina".
