Well, I have "Home Is Where The Trash Is" and "Gunge The Great And Glorious". I am just wondering if there are any other episodes where Philo and Gunge are main characters?

I don't really count Sprocket's Big Adventure for Philo and Gunge since they were only in that one scene towards the end. As for episodes where they played a major role through the episode, and were focused on more than the Fraggles, here are a few:
