If it were going to be a straight Muppet production, then Gonzo would definitely be the go-to guy for The Phantom (though I think Christine would have to be Annie Sue, just because Camilla isn't much of a talker!).

However, if it were a production that picked and borrowed from the countless Muppet worlds (Fraggle Rock, Emmett Otter, etc...), Uncle Deadly would still be my pick for Phantom. Then maybe Mokey for Christine! And Bean Bunny for Raoul (sure, maybe that's a stretch, but I'd love to see him play the romantic lead, especially to Mokey!)!!

Yeah. This is all from the Muppet Worlds. Many like Gonzo for the Phantom, but I honestly like Uncle Deadly better.
And I do like the rest of my cast.
Janice as Christine Daae and Piggy as Carlotta.

Well, Camilla could be Meg...since Meg obviously has some kind of secret love for the phantom figure also...

what about kermit as the Phantom and Spamala Hamerson as Christine,
That would give Piggy more of ineraction as Piggy!?
