One night last spring, I kept getting calls on my cell phone, whenever I would answer it, whoever it was would hang up, and the number couldn't be re-dialed so I couldn't know who it was. I hung it up that night and a little bit later I got a new cell phone as well as a new number, and have not been bothered again.
