Does anyone remember around 1997 some kind of PBS short about this doctor guy with a pocketwatch which at the end of the short would be a zoom-in I think to the pocketwatch and fade out? The doctor would talk about excersise, eating, and safety I think. Anyone else remember this guy?

PS. he looked kind of like a Muppet, but he wasn't I dont think.

You mean Dr. TickTock? Oh yeah, they still show some of his shorts from time to time. I agree he sort of looked like a muppet, but you could tell he wasn't. Anytime I see him anymore, he's talking about an emergency.
