Pattern problem

Hey guy, I try make a pattern for Elmo and turn into problem. A half wedge I made and put retangle shape together to bend round. I did same for other and put together. Now the problem is bottom of head is not round and when I trace mouth, it not bend. It become not stright plus it did not touch on ground. What did I do wrong?

Can you post pics of your Elmo? Maybe that way we can get a better idea of what happened and suggest what you can do next.

Buy the Monstro Puppet Pattern from Project Puppet.

You could also try the Melonhead pattern, with the alternate body, just be sure to extend the arms a bit more.....
