Yes, the blankets or tents should definitely be put up once again. For not only is the Palisades board down... and sorry to sound the alarm for a second time... but the entire Palisades website is MIA! Got the same "Cannot find page" message when I logged onto the board and when I tried to go to the website to try my patented backdoor method. Hope this helps.
