I discovered something this weekend that most of you probably already know. Just in case there are some uninformed folks like me, I'm going to share.

If you're having difficulty holding position/back pain/etc. while working from the floor, consider using a video game chair. They are essentially padded, legless rockers that allow freedom of movement along with great support. I tried one out this weekend and it makes a lot of what I do much more comfortable while allowing me to focus on the performance. Just a thought.
