I know it took place at Prairie Dawn's theater, but:

(1) What happens in this sketch?

(2) How did the song go?

(3) How is it?

3 questions, please!

ha, I haven't seen this sketch is so long... a post about spring in the announcements section of the forum made me think of this and I was just about to do a forum search or post about it also. This was one of my favorite skits as a kid!

It was also a Golden Books story. I think Bert showed winter, Ernie showed summer, Herry showed spring, and Cookie showed fall.

In the book, Grover was a stagehand (pouring snow, rain, apples, etc.).

One of the stanzas had Ernie rhyming "swimming" with "men and wimming". :zany:
