Overrated/Underrated Muppet Songs

What are the most overrated/underrated songs from any Muppet TV show/production?

I'll start with underrated songs:
"Bert's Love Song" from Sesame Street's Love album. So beautiful, and Frank Oz delivers a startlingly good vocal performance. Same goes for "A Song from Kermit" and Chrissy and the Alphabeats' "One Way" from SS.
Also, I don't think the Electric Mayhem's cover of "Chopin's Polonaise in A Flat" gets enough love.
On that note, "Elmo's Song" is extremely overrated.
I don't know enough about Fraggle Rock, so I can't really say much about that. But go for it, everyone! Name your most over/underrated songs!
